How FastPlayRummy handles data on a static site, what optional analytics may load, retention posture, and your contact rights.
Controller: FastPlayRummy editorial desk · Email: support@fastplayrummy.com · Last updated: 30 April 2026
FastPlayRummy (https://fastplayrummy.com) is primarily a static website: HTML, CSS, JavaScript bundles, images, and JSON search indexes shipped from our host. This policy explains what minimal processing still occurs, why, and which choices you have.
1. Quick summary
| Topic | FastPlayRummy practice |
|---|---|
| Accounts | We do not run reader accounts, KYC vaults, or in-site wallets. |
| APK hosting | We do not store or distribute installer binaries. |
| Payments | All deposits or cash-outs occur on third-party operators we link to. |
| Search index | /search-index.json lists public card metadata generated at build time. |
2. Personal data we intentionally avoid
Because we neither authenticate readers nor store gameplay state, we aim not to collect:
- Government IDs, biometrics, or payment credentials
- Precise geolocation pulled from device sensors
- Contact lists, photo libraries, or cross-app trackers on our origin
If you email support@fastplayrummy.com, you voluntarily share whatever appears in your message; treat that inbox as semi-public corporate mail, not a secure medical or banking channel.
3. Data categories we may still process
3.1 Server and CDN logs
Our hosting provider (and any edge CDN) typically creates short-lived access logs: IP address, user agent, requested path, HTTP status, bytes served, coarse timestamp. We use this information only for abuse detection, capacity planning, or debugging when permitted by the vendor. Retention follows supplier defaults unless a lawful order forces longer storage.
3.2 Optional Google Analytics 4
If ga4MeasurementId is populated in production builds, GA4 may set first-party cookies and send pseudonymous events (page views, DOWNLOAD taps) to Google LLC. When the ID is empty, the snippet is absent and no GA data flows. You can block analytics via browser extensions, OS-level filters, or Google’s opt-out tools.
3.3 Fonts
We load Google Fonts stylesheets (currently DM Sans, Sora, Orbitron). Google may log your IP when resolving CSS/font files. Self-hosting fonts is a future hardening option; today’s trade-off favors operational simplicity.
3.4 Local storage / session APIs in your browser
Our search interface may cache prior queries in sessionStorage to avoid flashing empty states. Clearing site data removes it; we do not sync that state server-side.
3.5 Outbound destinations
When you tap DOWNLOAD, operators, ad networks, or app stores may run their own trackers under their privacy policies. FastPlayRummy does not control those environments.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK readers)
Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Legitimate interests in securing the site, measuring basic traffic, and documenting ad performance (when analytics on).
- Consent for non-essential cookies when required by your jurisdiction (use browser controls if you decline).
- Contract is generally not applicable because we do not sell tangible goods or bespoke services through the Site.
5. Children
FastPlayRummy is aimed at adults 18+. We do not knowingly solicit personal data from minors. If you believe a child submitted data, email us and we will delete non-legal correspondence where feasible.
6. International transfers
Infrastructure may sit in India, the European Union, or the United States depending on supplier regions. By using the Site, you acknowledge that standard contractual clauses or vendor certifications may govern transfers where legally required.
7. Retention
| Data | Typical retention |
|---|---|
| Support email | Up to 24 months unless litigation requires longer |
| CDN logs | Days to weeks per vendor defaults |
| GA4 events | Governed by Google’s admin console (often 2–14 months) |
8. Security
We enforce HTTPS, isolate secrets outside the repo, and rebuild frequently so attack windows stay small. No online system is perfectly secure; report suspected flaws to support@fastplayrummy.com with responsible disclosure context.
9. Your rights
Depending on your region you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing. Because we hold minimal identifiers, we may need proof that a log line or inbox thread refers to you before fulfilling a request.
10. Automated decision-making
We do not run credit scoring, automated eligibility engines, or profiling that produces legal effects. Ranking on the Site uses deterministic hashing for display variety only.
11. Changes
We will revise this policy when features materially change (e.g., enabling accounts). Significant updates will bump the “Last updated” date; review occasionally.
12. Regulatory contacts
EU/UK residents may lodge complaints with their Data Protection Authority after contacting us. Indian readers may follow MeitY/CERT-In guidance for cyber incidents affecting third-party operators (outside our control).
