By accessing FastPlayRummy (“Site”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility and purpose

The Site is for adults 18+ seeking informational comparisons of publicly marketed Android rummy experiences. You may not use the Site where local law bans even passive research into real-money games.

2. No services contract

Nothing on the Site creates a fiduciary, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship. Operators, not FastPlayRummy, deliver gameplay, trophies, ledgers, and support SLAs.

3. Intellectual property

App icons, trade dress, and brand names belong to respective owners. FastPlayRummy uses them descriptively. Sponsored or vacant placements will be labelled consistent with our Disclaimer.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape or stress-test infrastructure beyond casual browsing
• Reverse engineer build artefacts to spoof carousel endpoints
• Upload malware via any hypothetical future form without authorization
• Misrepresent affiliation with FastPlayRummy when contacting operators

5. Outbound links

DOWNLOAD buttons may open new tabs with sponsored or noopener annotations. Destination terms trump ours. We may monetize referrals but do not control post-click telemetry.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The Site is provided AS IS. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted, FastPlayRummy and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on editorial summaries or third-party flows.

8. Indemnity

You indemnify FastPlayRummy against claims arising from your installs, deposits, taxation positions, or breach of these Terms—except where prohibited.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised copy. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the materially changed sections.

10. Governing law

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India for disputes arising from these Terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections elsewhere.

11. Severability

If any clause is invalid, the remainder survives to maximum effect.
